How We Handle Disputes
If you believe that the service provided has not met the agreed specifications or expectations, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery. Our team will investigate the issue and offer solutions such as service adjustments, additional support, or further consultation to address the matter. Once payment is made, work on your project will begin promptly. We provide regular updates and ensure transparency throughout the service delivery process. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best possible solution, with ongoing support for as long as needed.
